The Extreme Weather Neoprene Overshoe is the most protective of dhb's overshoe collection. It uses 3.5mm thick neoprene to give you the ultimate in insulation against both the cold and wet. Further protection comes courtesy of the TPU skin added to the external face. This non-porous and flexible skin prevents any rain from being absorbed into the surface of the overshoe and has the additional benefits of protecting them against knocks and grazes. dhb have chosen this thicker neoprene to make the Extreme overshoe ideally suited to when you're cycling in harsh winter conditions and sub-zero temperatures.
The underside of the overshoes features a robust Kevlar material, extending up and around the toe and heel to prevent excessive wear when walking in the overshoes (café stops, or ‘no cycling’ areas). The holes in the base for the cleats are shaped to fit snugly, minimising the amount of road spray entering the shoe from below. The robust binding adds additional strength and abrasion resistance to the Kevlar base and neoprene interface.
A durable, size 5, lockdown, YKK zip at the rear makes it easy to get these overshoes on and off. Once the shoe cover is in place, zip it up, and secure with the Velcro top tab. Two reflective strips run vertically up the length of the rear ankle, and there is a reflective dhb logo to improve your visibility to other road users when the light begins to fade but you've still got some miles to go before training is done.
Neoprene is made from closed-cell foam, trapping thousands of bubbles of insulating gas. This closed-cell structure means it's wind and waterproof, and the internally taped seams add strength and provide a waterproof seal. This extreme weather overshoe will keep rain and road spray off of your shoes, helping to protect both them and your feet against rain, cold and road grime.

Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
