GO Electrolyte is a specially formulated drink powder that blends easily digestible, quickly absorbing carbohydrate with key electrolytes – keeping you energised and hydrated in one easy to mix, easy to consume sports drink.
The depletion of your carbohydrate stores are the leading causes of fatigue during exercise. It is therefore important to have a continuous source of carbohydrate during training and races – to help improve performance, surpass your personal best, and to delay the effects of fatigue. The GO Electrolyte drinks powder provides the perfect level of fast-absorbing carbohydrate to keep you powering through.
Additionally, dehydration is another key problem for athletes. When exercising electrolytes are lost through sweating and this is the cause of dehydration. It is therefore important to replenish your electrolyte reserves – which can be easily done with the sodium and other 3 key electrolytes included in the GO Electrolyte drink.
Directions for Use
For easy mixing use SiS sports drinks bottle which have markers to indicate the correct level of powder. Or, add 40g of SiS GO Electrolyte (2 scoops = 40g) to 500ml of water in a bottle and shake well ensuring the lid is firmly closed.
